AI / ML Engineer

We’re working with a healthcare AI company building agentic AI systems for oncology and clinical workflows.

You’ll work on production LLM systems that interact with complex healthcare data, helping build agents, retrieval systems and AI workflows that are used in real clinical environments.

The role involves designing and improving LLM-powered systems, working with RAG and agent architectures, integrating models with healthcare data and applications, and collaborating closely with users and product teams to turn technical capability into reliable software.

They’re looking for engineers with at least a couple of years of experience building production LLM systems, ideally including RAG, agents or other applied generative AI products.

This is not a pure research role. The strongest candidates will be comfortable shipping user-facing AI systems, iterating quickly, and working closely with customers or end users.

New York, onsite. Healthcare experience is useful but not essential.
