Forward Deployed Engineer

We’re working with a fast-growing AI data platform looking for Forward Deployed Engineers who can sit between software engineering, customers and complex real-world data problems.

You’ll work directly with customers to understand their technical and operational requirements, then design and build solutions around large, complex datasets including areas such as healthcare imaging, EHR data and claims.

The role is highly hands-on. You’ll build data pipelines, integrations and production systems, own customer engagements end-to-end, and work closely with both internal engineering teams and users to get solutions into production quickly.

They’re looking for strong software engineers who are comfortable in customer-facing environments, can deal with ambiguity, and enjoy solving messy real-world problems rather than working only from a tightly defined specification.

Experience with Python, data infrastructure, healthcare data or applied AI would be particularly useful.

US-based, with customer-facing and on-site work depending on the engagement.
