The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing virtual healthcare company that’s building out its first dedicated security function. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to shape security from the ground up across cloud infrastructure, product, compliance and internal systems.

You’ll take ownership of the company’s security posture, help define policies and controls, improve cloud and application security, support incident response, and work closely with engineering and leadership to make security part of how the business operates rather than something bolted on later.

They’re looking for someone with strong security engineering experience, ideally across cloud and SaaS environments, who can operate independently and communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

This is a particularly strong opportunity for someone who wants to become the first security hire in a scaling healthcare technology business and have genuine influence over how the function develops.
